Choosing the Right Van
Our adventure started with selecting the perfect base vehicle. After much research and consideration, we decided on a trusty short wheelbase Transit Custom. Its compact size makes it ideal for navigating both city streets and winding country roads.
Planning and Designing
Next, we sketched out our ideal layout having looked over many layouts to gain ideas. We considered everything from the sleeping area and kitchenette to storage solutions and power solutions. Our goal was to create a space that maximizes comfort and functionality without sacrificing style.
Clearing Out the Space
With our van in hand, the first task was to clear out the interior. We removed old fixtures and cleaned every nook and cranny. This gave us a blank canvas to start our dream campervan layout.
